Role

We are seeking an experienced SmartCOMM Developer to design, develop, and implement document composition solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SmartCOMM (formerly Thunderhead), along with experience in document design, template development, and integration with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates, correspondence, and document generation solutions.
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize SmartCOMM Interactive and Batch templates.
  • Integrate SmartCOMM solutions with core business applications, APIs, and data sources.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and defect resolution for SmartCOMM components.
  • Optimize template performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SmartCOMM applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Business Analysts, Architects) in Agile/DevOps environments.
