About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive *Engineer* to join our team in Haridwar. This is a permanent role, ideal for someone with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in automation, electrical hardware, and PLC programming. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing automation systems, contributing to cost-saving and cycle time improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand automation project requirements and select appropriate machine elements

  • Design and integrate panel elements and electrical hardware

  • Create and interpret wiring diagrams and oversee panel building

  • Develop and troubleshoot *PLC programs* and *HMI interfaces*

  • Drive improvements in system performance and reliability

  • Lead cost-saving and cycle time reduction projects

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation

Qualification & Experience

  • *Education:* B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field

  • *Experience:* 4 to 5 years in automation, electrical design, and PLC/HMI programming

Compensation

  • *Annual Salary:* ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 (based on experience and expertise)

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of industrial automation and electrical systems

  • Proficient in PLC programming (any major platform) and HMI design

  • Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing automated systems

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement

  • Willing to work full-time from our Haridwar office
