We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Lead team and implement complex deliveries in Oracle Fusion OACS Reporting ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
• Create, track and accomplish timelines with resolving issues and risks as they occur appropriate.
• Engaging and working collaboratively with Business, internal IT and other teams throughout the project.
• Ensuring governance, process improvement by facilitating & reporting status are followed.
• Exercise technical knowledge and business expertise to drive technical solutions by using functional capabilities in Oracle Fusion Finance & Procurement Modules.     
• Analyze & align to current Agile processes, prioritize the deliverables by resource allocations in BoW. 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Having overall experience of minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Technologies - Should be very strong in Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P and O2C cycles and understand Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud Data Structures, underlying data structures for finance, procurement, and billing Fusion modules
• Proven Technical competence in OACS, SQL,PL SQL , Database/Modeling concepts and in leading technical teams and Coordinating with business stakeholders. APEX, FDI, OTBI/BIP expertise is a plus.
• Should have worked as developer/lead in a minimum of three to four projects having technical implementation of OACS Data Modeling, Semantic Model and Dashboards in Oracle Cloud.  Experience in project lifecycle stages from initiation, analysis, design, test and production support.  Able to develop reports and Dashboards. 
• Should be able to work with Project management team and business stakeholders to estimate, plan and execute Minor/Major Enhancements as well as Large Projects. Proven experience in agreeing and negotiating delivery plan. 
• Having hands-on experience and working understanding in solution design, business process, architecture & aligning to the best practices & process for a quality delivery
• Should have used and implemented the CI/CD pipeline in projects. Must have experience on working in a secure environment having usage of Oracle Firewall , PAR access, snapshot backup, Oracle ADW database cloning. Should be able to work with Oracle Closely on product SR's.
• Should have a flexible approach to work and working hours with a focus on the delivery of the program deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present to program stakeholders on status of deliveries and ensuring dependencies are met
• Proficiency in Agile practices and usage of Devops tools such as Jira/Confluence/GitHub etc.
