  • Manage all legal compliances and statutory registers for JPU, updating the Legatrix system regularly.
  • Handle IR matters and liaise with government bodies (e.g. Labour Dept., MPCB, ESI, MIDC, Factory Directorate).
  • Oversee renewals of labour and factory licenses, MPCB consents, etc.
  • Coordinate legal, administrative, and contract billing audits.
  • Conduct statutory medical checkups, safety audits, and mock drills with proper reporting.
  • Submit returns: ER-I (quarterly), ESIC (monthly), Factory & Labour Office (annual), DG Duty (quarterly), Labour Welfare Board (half-yearly).
  • Maintain attendance records for on-roll and contract workers.
  • Process contractor bills, auditor/visitor arrangements, and related expenses.
  • Maintain legal and employee records (on-roll, contract workers, security).
  • Handle HR formalities: employee onboarding, full & final settlements, assist in payroll
  • Admin Activity- Housekeeping
  • Desired Skills: Good Communication Skills, Drafting Skills, conversant to computer – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, emails, good in surfing internet sites, Contract Management, ESIC, PF.
