- Manage and update reservation systems to reflect real-time availability.
- Train and supervise reservation staff for high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate with front desk and sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve booking issues professionally.
- Monitor no-shows, cancellations, and overbookings to minimize revenue loss.
- Implement pricing strategies in collaboration with revenue management.
- Generate regular reservation reports for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy in guest profiles and booking records.
- Stay updated on market trends to optimize reservation strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
