We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Design Engineer to join our design and engineering team.

Responsibilities:

a) Assist in the development of architectural and structural design drawings for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

b) Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to translate project requirements into feasible design solutions.

c) Prepare AutoCAD or Revit models, technical drawings, and construction documents.

d) Support in evaluating design proposals and providing input for material selection, layout optimization, and cost efficiency.

e) Participate in design coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Assist in ensuring compliance with building codes, local regulations, and safety standards.

f) Contribute to value engineering exercises to optimize project costs without compromising quality or design intent.

g) Maintain documentation and version control of design files and project specifications.

Visit project sites periodically to ensure alignment between design intent and on-site execution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in (Architecture & Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Designing) & Diploma in Architecture

Technical Required Skills:

a) Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

b) Strong computer skills, including Office Suite (MS Word, Power Point & MS Excel).

c) Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.

d) Basic knowledge of structural and MEP systems is a plus.

e) Understanding of design principles, construction methods, and building materials.

f) Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
