Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counselors (Freshers) who are passionate about guiding students in making informed decisions about their higher education abroad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their career goals.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in education consultancy, counseling, and international admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities—specifically MBBS, Aviation, and other international programs.
  • Understand student profiles, preferences, and academic background to recommend suitable universities and countries.
  • Handle inquiries and leads received through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Explain eligibility criteria, admission procedures, visa processes, and fee structures clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain and update student databases (CRM tools, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth application and documentation process.
  • Participate in education fairs, webinars, and career guidance events conducted by University Insights.
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi required).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of the education system, MBBS abroad, or international admissions (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (BBA, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent).
  • Experience: Freshers welcome (training will be provided).
  • Age: 20–28 years preferred.
