Role Overview

As an Academic Counselor, you'll be the bridge between aspiring students and their dream universities abroad. You'll guide students on career choices, admission processes, course options, and help them make confident decisions about their education. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are passionate about education, communication, and helping others succeed. You will receive full training and support from our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, primarily MBBS programs in various countries.
  • Guide students through the entire admission process – from application to visa documentation.
  • Stay updated with university details, course structures, and admission deadlines.
  • Maintain strong communication with students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Follow up with potential leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
  • Work closely with the operations and marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Confidence to handle student queries and guide them effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business).
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
