Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily full-cycle of Order to Cash.
  • Ensure timely completion of Customer invoicing
  • Overseas AR cash deposits and verifies daily collection reports, support monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor A/R Aging and work with customers to ensure accounts are paid timely.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Manage the collection process by ensuring invoice accuracy, following up with customers on inquires on invoices, verify account balances, and communicate expectations of payment terms.
  • Produce applicable reports and participate in month end closing for AR related tasks.
  • Provide support for annual external audit.
  • Request and follow-up for paperwork related to all outsourced jobs from sales department.
  • Respond to internal/external customers and vendors in a professional and timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 + years experience in Account Receivable.
  • Experience in AR-Invoicing/Customer Invoicing/Invoice Generation
  • Experience in AR-Collections
  • Experience in AR-Follow Up with Customers via Calls/Emails
  • Experience in Credit card processing/reconciliation.
  • Experience in AR Reconciliation.
  • Supporting Month/Quarter/Year Closing and auditing
  • Strong analytical, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
