Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to define and drive end-to-end technical architecture across the enterprise and cloud-based solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural strategy ensuring scalability, reusability, and performance across large-scale implementations. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator with deep technical expertise, capable of setting up frameworks, mentoring teams, and establishing engineering excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices across projects.
• Establish scalable and secure frameworks for development, testing, deployment, and CI/CD.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to architectural principles.
• Design and build modular, reusable, and API-driven components for enterprise-grade applications.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and business teams to translate requirements into technical roadmaps and solution designs.
• Evaluate emerging cloud, integration, and automation technologies, recommending suitable tools and frameworks.
• Ensure alignment of all designs with security, scalability, and performance objectives.
• Lead or contribute to proofs of concept (POCs), accelerators, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and performance bottlenecks early in the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the engineering function.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Developer in enterprise projects.
• Strong expertise in system design, cloud architecture, and microservices-based applications.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and SonarQube.
• Hands-on experience in API management, integration frameworks, and application performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability and maintainability.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle APEX, or Fusion SaaS applications.
• Exposure to AI/ML, automation frameworks, or cloud-native architectures.
• Prior experience in setting up Centers of Excellence (CoE) or governance processes.
• Knowledge of containerization, infrastructure as code (IaC), or multi-cloud design principles.
