Role Description

We are seeking an experienced
Full Stack Engineer
to join our team in Allahabad. This is a full-time, on-site role.

You will be responsible for
end-to-end development
of front-end and back-end systems that power our blockchain and Web3 applications.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing
    scalable MERN-stack applications
  • Building
    real-time systems
    using WebSockets, Redis, queues, and distributed workloads
  • Integrating
    Web3 functionalities
    (wallets, smart contracts, blockchain networks)
  • Optimizing performance, ensuring security, and writing clean, maintainable code
  • Collaborating with designers, blockchain engineers, and product teams
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the stack

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack
    (MongoDB, Express, React, )
  • Strong expertise with
    WebSockets
    for real-time communication
  • Experience with
    Redis
    , caching, and pub/sub systems
  • Hands-on experience in job queues like
    BullMQ
    or
    RabbitMQ
  • Solid knowledge of backend architecture, API development, and microservices
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience in Web3
    / , wallet connect, smart contract interaction)
  • Understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralized systems
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel)
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup culture with cross-functional teams
