Schneider Electric, a global leader in Energy Management and Automation, is looking for a Sales Manager role based out of Bangalore. The Sales Manager needs to be self-motivated, results-driven, focused, and collaborative with other pipes. The Sales Engineer will be an individual contributor for sales growth. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales to B2B customers, especially Builders, IT, Health Care, Data Center, Retail, and Commercial sectors, most of whom have worked for the company for 5 years. We are looking for someone competitive, financially motivated, and capable of taking initiatives and strategies to grow a profitable business.

We are looking for a results-driven Electrical Engineer to manage sales in the contractor pipe sector. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in electrical distribution systems, including medium voltage, low voltage, UPS, MCBs, switches, and distribution boards. This role focuses on building relationships with clients and providing tailored electrical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for electrical products in the contractor pipe market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide technical support and expertise on electrical distribution systems.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to customize client solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales proposals and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum [X years] in technical sales or sales engineering in the electrical industry.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of electrical distribution systems.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Additional Requirements:
  • Qualification: Bachelors Degree in BE/BTech - Electrical Engineering, MBA in Marketing would be an advantage.
  • Previous sales experience is required in a sales role.
  • 3 years experience in the Electrical/Building industry.
  • 2 years experience in IoT, Industry 4.0, EMS software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with project management, negotiation, and key account management.
