We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager for Legal & Liaison activities of the company .

Role & responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance: Handling licenses, documentation, and legal formalities while supporting the company in regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Government Coordination: Liaise with government departments, municipal authorities for approvals and issue resolution.
  • Legal Support: Assist in handling penalties, disputes, and compliance-related concerns.
  • Contract Management : Draft, review, and vet legal documents , review contracts across functions including master service agreements (MSA), service level agreements (SLA), and non-disclosure agreements (NDA).
  • Crisis Management: Address issues related court cases , Insurance etc.

Requirements:

  • LLB, LLM, or a related field advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience of 8-10 years of experience in liaising, regulatory affairs,

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ethical, reliable, and result-oriented professional.
