Theyinclude employment-oriented Early Career courses across BFSI, e-Commerce, and technology sectors; Executive Education forworking professionals in collaboration with premier national and global educational institutions; and Enterprise Solutions forlearning and development interventions at the organisational level.Visit us at JOB DESCRIPTIONOwn the sales target for all programs assigned to him/ herEnsure monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets are met for all products assigned to him/ her.Work closely with the marketing teams pre and post launch of new programmes for sharing insights, suggestions and with otherdepartments as may be neededInteract with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner whenever support is needed by the team forclosuresCheck and improve lead conversion metrics lead/ application, lead/ enrolment, application/ enrolment and other metrics liketalk time, avg. dialects/ connects, etc.Ensure high incentive penetration every month for TLs and advisors mapped to him/ herEnsure old leads reactivation and referrals contribution for all programmes are met as per planned numbersEnsure information provided by the learners are correct and authenticTravel occasionally as may be needed for meeting teams or to participate in events or other business requirementsEnsure accuracy of all information and interactions in CRMLeverage the dashboards for measuring performance on a daily basisIdentify training and learning gaps in the team and fill these gapsUndertake projects for process improvementAssess competition products, enable the team with objection handling/ rebuttalsEXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of experience in inside sales.Experience in edtech industry will be an added advantage.Should have managed a Team Leaders and a span of >30 advisorsUnderstanding of business matrices and revenue numbers
