Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef (Indian Cuisine) to lead our kitchen operations at a 4-star hotel in Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning menus, maintaining food quality, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and design Indian menus for buffet, à la carte, and special events
  • Ensure consistent food taste, quality, and presentation
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, including Sous Chefs and Commis
  • Control food costs, portion sizes, and wastage
  • Oversee kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (HACCP, FSSAI)
  • Coordinate with purchasing and service teams
  • Create seasonal and special menus

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, with leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of North Indian, South Indian, and regional Indian cuisines
  • Experience in hotel or fine-dining environment preferred
  • Leadership, time management, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
