Role Overview

We are looking for a
Service Engineer
based in
Chennai
to support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fully electric injection moulding machines and related equipment.

This role is
field-based
and involves regular travel to customer sites across Tamil Nadu and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and commissioning of fully electric injection moulding machines
  • Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues at customer locations
  • Preventive maintenance and breakdown service support
  • Repair, calibration, and performance optimization of machines
  • Operator training and on-site technical guidance
  • Maintaining strong professional relationships with customers
  • Willingness to travel within the region for service support

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in field service and troubleshooting of industrial machinery
  • Technical knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems
  • Diploma or degree in
    Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
  • Good communication skills for customer-facing service roles
  • Prior experience in injection moulding or manufacturing
    is an advantage
