Role Description

The NBFC GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Analyst will ensure adherence to regulatory standards, manage compliance frameworks, and implement risk management processes for non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating risks, conducting audits, managing compliance documentation, developing and improving governance policies, and aligning practices with current regulations. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Pune, requiring direct collaboration with internal teams and external regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and regulatory frameworks applicable to NBFCs.
  • Proficient in conducting internal audits, assessing risks, and preparing compliance reports.
  • Experience with developing governance policies, maintaining compliance documentation, and aligning with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR.
  • Familiarity with penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and IT security best practices is advantageous.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field; certifications like ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CRISC, or similar are a plus.
  • Experience in the financial services or NBFC sector is preferred.
