& Fintech Integration

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Role Overview

We're looking for a Techno-Functional Lead Analyst who brings both entrepreneurial drive and
hands-on functional expertise. In this role, you will be the connecting link between our business
teams (Credit, Risk, Operations) and the technology ecosystem supporting our lending operations.

Key Responsibilities

Fintech Strategy, Evaluation & Partnerships
- Stay updated on the Indian Fintech/Lending-Tech landscape. - Identify the right Fintech partners
for KYC, eSign, AA, valuation APIs, etc. - Define integration strategies to enhance efficiency,
compliance, and risk control. - Ensure adherence to RBI Digital Lending Guidelines.

System Implementation & Functional Design

  • Work with business teams to define functional specifications. - Coordinate with vendors and

internal tech teams for API integrations. - Lead UAT cycles for new features and integrations.

Essential Qualification

3+ years of techno-functional experience in BFSI/NBFC. - Strong understanding of the Indian
Fintech ecosystem. - Experience with LOS/LMS platforms. - Knowledge of secured lending,
preferably Construction/Real Estate/MSME.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Nucleus FinnOne / FinnOne Neo. - Exposure to digital collateral/property
    verification tools.
