We are seeking a talented Architect with approximately 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design excellence, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop design concepts and detailed architectural drawings.
  • Model and render architectural designs using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, and SketchUp.
  • Prepare presentations, renderings, and documentation for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design integrity.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance with building codes.
  • Support senior architects in project planning and coordination.
  • Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, detailing, and construction methods.
  • Ability to produce accurate drawings and high-quality 3D renderings.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
