Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Generalist Role)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support aligned with business goals.
Drive end-to-end HR operations including recruitment (with a focus on sales hiring), onboarding, policy implementation, payroll coordination, and HRIS management.
Manage employee life cycle activities: joining formalities, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Lead talent acquisition for critical business roles, ensuring timely hiring with emphasis on quality and cultural fit.
Drive initiatives on employee engagement, retention, and culture building.
Coordinate the performance management process including goal setting, quarterly reviews, and annual appraisals.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters while ensuring empathetic and timely resolution.
Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for decision-making and strategy.
Requirements:
Education: MBA in HR, MSW, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant HR generalist experience with **hands-on exposure to talent acquisition (preferably sales hiring).**
Knowledge: Basic understanding of compliance and labour laws is essential.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and MIS reporting
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues professionally
Travel: Should be open to travel within Gujarat state as per business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
