Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our event management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement, negotiating plate rates, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of all food and beverage formalities for events. Candidates with immediate availability will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all food and beverage procurement activities for events.
  • Negotiate plate rates, finalize menus, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Liaise with caterers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Monitor quality, hygiene, and presentation standards across all events.
  • Coordinate with the event management team to align F&B services with client requirements.
  • Handle billing, contracts, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Ensure smooth execution of food and beverage arrangements during events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (minimum qualification).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the events, hospitality, or catering industry.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.
