Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Trainer specializing in the Medical Lab domain to join our team at Redcliffe Labs. This mid-level, full-time position requires 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience, offering opportunities for growth in our fast-expanding company. The role is based across multiple key locations, including Gurgaon, Bangalore Urban, Hyderabad, Chennai, Secunderabad, and Mumbai. The successful candidate will bring expertise in training and technical instruction within the medical diagnostics field.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct technical training programs for medical lab personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge-base.
  • Develop and update training materials and assess their effectiveness in equipping staff with necessary diagnostic skills.
  • Facilitate training sessions using a range of platforms and methodologies, ensuring broad accessibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor content to address specific skill gaps within the team.
  • Evaluate training outcomes through assessments and feedback, refining methods and content for continual improvement.
  • Stay updated with advancements in medical diagnostics to integrate new knowledge into training programs.
  • Support the development of e-learning modules and other digital content to complement in-person training efforts.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of company-wide learning and development initiatives in alignment with business goals.
  • Taking technical interviews of phlebos pan India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical training, particularly in medical lab settings, ensuring engaging and informative sessions.
  • Proficiency in instructional design techniques to create and deliver effective educational content that meets diverse learning needs.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, including Moodle, to design and manage comprehensive training modules.
  • Experience in using platforms like Zoom for virtual training sessions, ensuring seamless learning experiences and engagement.
  • Exceptional public speaking skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong content development abilities for crafting detailed and informative training materials that align with company standards.
  • Competence in data-driven evaluation to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and results.
  • Technical writing skills to document processes and create user manuals that facilitate learning and understanding.
