We are seeking a focus oriented candidate for the real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality written content for a variety of platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, brochures, and promotional materials. The content will aim to educate, inform, and engage our target audience while highlighting our real estate services, properties, and market insights.

Position: Associate - Portfolio Management

Package: Fixed Salary + Variable Pay + Performance Pay + Incentives + Reimbursement + Insurance + Gratuity

Job Location: Noida, Sector 90, Mohali (Punjab), Vrindavan.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
  • Leads Generation and Calling to Client. Schedule & conduct daily/weekly sales meetings.
  • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base. Continuous follow up with the customers & site visits.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Aggressively achieving the sales target.
  • Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.

Job Specification:

1. Graduate or Post Graduate with Experience.

2. Freshers are welcome in Real Estate Sales and Marketing. (Candidates are also welcome from Real Estate industry with less experience as well)

  1. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
