Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the social media team and oversee all activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute monthly content calendars aligned with the brand's goals.
  • Generate creative and engaging content; manage content ideation, creation, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, creative teams, and external agencies for seamless execution.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analytics; create detailed reports and insights.
  • Drive organic lead generation and manage all social media communities.
  • Be open to and capable of handling future expansions and scaling the team/activities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Over 5 years in social media with proven leadership of at least 2 years.
  • Deep understanding of content marketing, social media trends, audience behavior, and platform-specific strategies.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), leadership qualities, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards.
  • Adept at using reporting tools, scheduling platforms, and analytic dashboards.

Availability:

  • Work Schedule: 8.5 hours/day (including 30-minute lunch break)
  • Responsiveness: Must be reachable by phone before and after working hours, if required, for coordination or escalations.
