Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated engineer who has relevant experience and knowledge in the field of Building construction, structural work and have exposure of working with Government client in the field of civil engineering. The ideal candidates responsibilities include understanding the design and drawings, execution, handling manpower, quality control, Liasoning with local authorities (if required), applying information, developing solutions, and making decisions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Staying up to date with different materials required for execution.
  • Identifying and addressing field problems.
  • Supervising and execution of civil/structural works.
  • Estimating costs and timelines.
  • Liaison with local bodies, authorities.
  • Conducting regular work plan check and daily reporting progress
  • Good understanding of design and drawings
  • Implementing solutions and designs.
  • Manpower workmen Handling

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma or degree in an Civil Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and listening skills.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Steadfast dedication to ethical codes of practice.
