Principal Engineer

This role is for a Senior Structural Engineer who will perform complex structural analyses, conduct detailed calculations, and design intricate structural components. The position involves collaboration with the civil engineering team and using CAD software to create comprehensive plans and drawings.

• Performing in-depth structural analyses and conducting sophisticated calculations
• Designing structural components for various projects, taking into account factors such as safety and functionality
• Collaborating with the civil engineering team to achieve common goals

• Project management, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations through thorough planning and execution
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers to enhance their skills and expertise

• Professional expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with a strong foundation in relevant theories and principles
• Proficiency in performing calculations and conducting structural analysis, with the ability to apply mathematical concepts to real-world problems
• Experience with STAAD software, or similar tools, to streamline design and analysis processes
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively convey complex ideas and collaborate with colleagues
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant course work
• Experience in project management is highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
