Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Flutter App Tutor who can guide students through building real, useful, and creative mobile apps using Flutter and Dart. You'll work one-on-one or with small groups, helping learners turn ideas into published apps—while teaching best practices, clean code, and real-world problem-solving.

This role is perfect for developers who love mentoring and want to share their knowledge in a way that goes beyond "Hello World."

Responsibilities

  • Teach Flutter app development through personalized tutoring sessions (online)
  • Guide students through the entire app-building lifecycle—from concept to deployment
  • Help students troubleshoot issues, implement features, and follow best practices
  • Encourage creative thinking and problem-solving
  • Provide constructive feedback and support during project development
  • Stay updated on Flutter ecosystem tools and trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and deploying Flutter apps (please provide examples)
  • Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter SDK, and common tools (Firebase, REST APIs, etc.)
  • Familiarity with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to break down complex technical topics into beginner-friendly concepts
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, or coaching developers
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to host virtual sessions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience teaching or tutoring (formally or informally)
  • Published apps on the Play Store or App Store
  • Knowledge of Git and version control
  • Familiarity with app publishing process and best practices
  • Bonus: Experience creating educational content (videos, articles, etc.)
