Position OverviewAs a Field Sales Executive at Manage My Health, you will be responsible for identifying and closing digitization opportunities with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare providers. You will meet clients face-to-face, understand their record management needs, and position ManageMyHealth's digitization solutions to support compliance, efficiency, and improved patient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential clients including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers for digitization services.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers including hospital administrators, CIOs, operations heads, and medical records officers.
- Present and demonstrate ManageMyHealth's digitization offerings and explain key benefits such as improved access to patient data, compliance with medical regulations, and enhanced operational efficiency.
- Build relationships with hospital influencers, IT heads, and compliance officers to understand evolving needs
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and cold visits
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the pre-sales and solution teams to provide customized proposals.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of active opportunities and follow through until closure.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and periodic updates
- Collaborate with the marketing and inside sales teams to qualify leads and convert them into on-ground meetings.
- Provide market insights and feedback from clients to the product and strategy teams.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings, proposals, and closures.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, IT, or Healthcare).
- 3+ years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or institutional sales. Experience in healthcare, IT solutions, or SaaS products is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence hospital stakeholders.
- Ability to travel locally or regionally as required
- Good understanding of sales cycles, client onboarding, and solution selling.
- Self-starter with high initiative and accountability.
