Job Summary:
The Head of Sales will lead and manage the entire sales function of the real estate business, including strategic planning, team leadership, sales operations, revenue growth, client relationship management, and collaboration with other departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving sales performance across real estate portfolios, an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, and the leadership acumen to build and maintain a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Define sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs in collaboration with senior management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the national or regional sales team across multiple locations or projects.
- Implement performance management systems to ensure productivity and accountability.
- Drive training, development, and motivation programs to build a high-caliber sales force.
Revenue & Business Growth:
- Drive revenue targets for residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
- Monitor sales performance and initiate corrective actions to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify and establish new sales channels, broker networks, and institutional partnerships.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from lead generation through deal closure.
- Oversee the implementation of CRM tools to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, institutional investors, channel partners, and strategic stakeholders.
Sales Operations:
- Supervise pre-sales, post-sales, documentation, and legal coordination processes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns, events, and digital strategies to support lead generation.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and all relevant regulatory guidelines.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with marketing, project development, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide regular reports to the board or executive leadership on sales performance, market feedback, and future strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 20+ years in real estate sales, with at least 7–10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Industry Exposure: Deep exposure to residential, commercial, and/or township real estate developments.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market regulations and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing large teams.
- Experience working with reputed real estate developers or brokerage firms.
- Well-established network of channel partners, investors, and stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Experience in handling luxury or high-value real estate projects is a plus.
Compensation:
Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives. Additional benefits include company-provided transport, communication allowances, medical insurance, and profit-sharing (as applicable).
