We are hiring for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales / BD Interns (Internship to Full time opportunity) in Sales & Business Development. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to understand sales processes and gain exposure to B2B and B2C communication, CRM tools, sales and business development life cycle management.

Responsibilities:


•Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads through online research, databases, and social media.
• Make initial contact with leads via email, phone, or LinkedIn to introduce the company's products/services.


•Schedule calls/meetings for sales executives with qualified prospects.


•Maintain and update the CRM systems with accurate data on leads and follow-ups.


•Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.


•Follow up with prospects and clients to maintain engagement and gather feedback.


•Generate reports on sales activities and lead performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.


•Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.


•Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.


•Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.


•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
