MIS Executive

  • Location: Sector 67, Gurgaon
  • Business: Stitch Please – Bespoke Tailoring & Design Services
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 Days a Week)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who can manage our operational and sales data, maintain accuracy in records, and prepare analytical reports to support decision-making. The role involves data entry, maintaining trackers, and providing meaningful insights that help in monitoring business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update Google Sheets/Excel trackers for:

  • Orders (pickup → tailoring → delivery).
  • Customer details and billing.
  • Tailor/Master productivity and workload.
  • Expenses, salaries, and inventory costs.

Create daily/weekly MIS reports covering:

  • Orders completed and pending.
  • Revenue vs. cost tracking.
  • Designer/Runner/Tailor efficiency.
  • Profitability by order.

Build and update dashboards for management review.

Ensure
accuracy in data entry

and reconciliation with invoices/payments.

Support the team with
custom reports

(e.g., festive sales analysis, customer repeat rates).

Highlight anomalies, delays, or capacity issues in a timely manner.

Coordinate with the operations team to streamline reporting processes.

Required Skills


• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements, conditional formatting).


• Ability to create reports and dashboards from raw data.


• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.


• Good communication skills to coordinate with different teams.


• Analytical mindset with ability to spot trends and patterns.

Preferred Qualifications


• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Computer Applications.


• 1–3 years of experience as MIS Executive, Data Entry Analyst, or Operations Executive.


• Experience in a retail, fashion, or service-oriented business is a plus.
