Position Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - ERP, CRM, SaaS Software Sales

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in ERP, CRM, and SaaS software sales to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by engaging with decision-makers, understanding their business challenges, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our ERP, CRM, and SaaS software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, product development, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business, referrals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively in the market.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management to track performance against goals and inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the software industry, with a focus on ERP, CRM, or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales processes, including lead generation, solution selling, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.
