Job Description of Accountant + Front desk Executive

  1. Processing salaries of staff on monthly basis
  2. Handling OPD & IPD bills
  3. Maintaining recordsof vendor payments
  4. Processing vendor payment on monthly basis.
  5. Checking the inventories(product, implants and corsets) on weekly basis.
  6. Maintaining and keeping track of utility bills.
  7. Handling banking activities.
  8. Preparing monthly and quaterly entries of GST
  9. Checking the inflow of payments recieved in IPD & OPD
  10. Coordinating with banks for internation(online) payments.
  11. Tallying the credits card/ online payment details with the bank statements on monthly 12. basis.
  12. Maintaining records of renewals of furniture and fixture of the hospital( i.e PCI, Eurekaforbes etc)
  13. Maintianing records of various insurances.

Front desk executive

  1. Meet and greet patients and keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necesaary material.
  2. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them and keep messages.
  3. Handling cash and entering records on excel and maintaining the same.
  4. If needed go to the bank and deposit cash at times.
  5. Going to bank deposit OPD cash at times and maintaining records of the same
  6. Attend to calls from Medical representatives and convey relevant information to Dr. Parag telang.
  7. Keep a record of all stationary, water bottles, brochures, toiletries and pantry supplies and 8. update the clinic manager when we are out of stock to place requisition.

IPD

  1. Rooms allotted to the patients scheduled for the next day surgery are to be checked a day prior and locked. A checklist for the same to be filled and maintained.
  2. Placing orders for food/ Medicines & any other requirements from the patients or relatives
  3. Promote in house products to the patients and relatives
  4. Keeping the records of remittance claimed.
  5. Maintaining the patient details record
  6. preparing of OPD & IPD bills
  7. Drafting of the certificates and letters that is to be handed over to the patients as and when requested by the patient/ relative and keeping the record for the same.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
