**Job Summary**

The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring they are greeted warmly and directed appropriately. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage front office operations effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Address client or visitor inquiries, escalating issues as necessary.
- Support internal teams with basic office tasks and coordination.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
