Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QE Automation Engineer specializing in Selenium and Java/JavaScript to enhance our automation testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, database testing, and ETL testing. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure quality and reliability in our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium with Java/JavaScript.

  • Conduct ETL testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.

  • Perform database testing to validate data stored in backend databases.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather testing requirements and understand application functionality.

  • Execute test cases, evaluate results, and prepare detailed reports of findings.

  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team for resolution.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on automation frameworks and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering and Automation Testing.

  • Strong proficiency in Selenium and Java/JavaScript.

  • Experience with Playwright for automation is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and database testing methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL for database validation and testing.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
