Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Export Documentation Executive. The responsibilities include preparing and managing export documentation, coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and maintaining accurate records of shipments. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication with stakeholders, and timely submission of necessary documentation to facilitate smooth export operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Export Documentation, Export, and compliance with export requirements
- Strong skills in Documentation and Document Management for maintaining accurate and organized records
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, freight forwarders, and internal teams
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work with strict deadlines
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the export and logistics domain
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Commerce, or related fields
- Prior experience in export documentation or a similar role is a plus.
