Role Overview

We need a Full Stack Developer who can build, scale, and harden our core payment gateway platform and merchant-facing applications. You'll work across backend services and frontend interfaces that directly influence how merchants process payments, manage transactions, and interact with financial systems. This is a high-impact engineering role — not a ticket-closer job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain end-to-end product features across backend APIs, services, and frontend apps.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and highly available backend systems powering payment flows, onboarding, settlements, and transaction lifecycle operations.
  • Implement backend services using (Express, ), SQL, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB.
  • Build intuitive UI dashboards using JavaScript, with Redux State management and where required.
  • Integrate payment methods and third-party services (UPI, Cards, Net banking, Wallets system, etc.).
  • Implement caching and distributed systems patterns using Redis.
  • Work with message queues (Kafka/Bull MQ/SQS/RabbitMQ) for async workflows and high-throughput systems.
  • Maintain code quality through tests, code reviews, proper documentation, and best engineering practices.
  • Optimize performance end-to-end — APIs, DB queries, caching layers, and frontend bundle size.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps in an agile environment.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, system design, and evolution of the tech stack.
  • Ensure fintech-grade security: strong authentication, encryption, secure storage, logging, and compliance alignment.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and incident resolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong experience with:
  • Backend: , Express, , API routes, Prisma ORM
  • Frontend: JavaScript, , Redux, Tailwind
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
  • Strong experience in building REST APIs, integration-heavy services, and microservices.
  • Solid command of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, state management .
  • Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud services.
  • Hands-on with Git, Docker, CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with caching, rate limiting, and distributed systems (Redis).
  • Experience with queues: Kafka, Bull MQ, RabbitMQ, SQS, or equivalent.
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of secure coding: auth, OAuth, encryption, secure data handling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative, collaborative engineering environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, payment gateways, or B2B SaaS.
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS, KYC, tokenization, JWT, OAuth2.
  • Familiarity with payment integrations, settlements, reconciliation, ledgers, or transaction systems.
  • Experience building event-driven systems using Kafka/RabbitMQ.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
