Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation (plans, reports, trackers, policies, SOPs).
  • Maintain and update the
    IT inventory / asset list
    , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Follow up with cross-functional teams to gather updates and reflect changes in documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to
    automate documentation processes
    using Excel, macros, or available tools.
  • Track action items and ensure timely closure with the responsible teams.
  • Maintain proper version control and centralized storage of documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience (freshers with good skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with automation tools (macros, Power Automate, Google Apps Script, etc.) .
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware/software inventory management.
