Unthinkable, we've launched an ecommerce platform which helps manufacturers break into the online D2C world. And we're looking for a Marketing Ops Executive who can keep those engines running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Ensure all Meta campaigns for our sellers are launched, monitored, and optimized on time
- Track and maintain shipment health reports for seller orders, identifying delays or bottlenecks
- Coordinate between the creative team and performance marketing team to ensure timely delivery and deployment of assets
- Maintain and regularly update seller campaign trackers, budget sheets, and ad performance reports in Excel/Google Sheets
- Support the seller growth team with insights and follow-ups to improve performance outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, performance marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Bonus: Familiarity with WhatsApp automation tools (like Interakt, WATI, etc.)
