Role Description: We are seeking a full-time Sr. Draughtsman to join our dynamic team. The Sr. Draughtsman will play a pivotal role in our design process, responsible for creating technical drawings, shop drawings, and architectural drawings. Collaborating closely with architects and engineers, the successful candidate will contribute to project coordination and ensure the accuracy and quality of our designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate façade drawings and details using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Prepare façade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details.
  • Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
  • Maintain and update Revit models as per design changes and client feedback.
  • Support the design team in developing façade concepts into detailed technical outputs.
  • Ensure adherence to company drafting standards and project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in drafting using Revit.
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Understanding of façade systems such as curtain walls, ACP cladding, louvers, and glazing.
  • Knowledge of quantity take-offs and preparation of BOQs.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
