**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Develop accurate 2D and 3D models of components and assemblies.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, building codes, and regulations.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.
- Work closely with fabrication teams to provide technical support and resolve any design-related issues.
- Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project files.
- Participate in design reviews and meetings to contribute ideas and insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in CAD technology, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Draughtsman or similar role in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and techniques is preferred.
- Certification in drafting or CAD software is a plus.
