Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Account Executive at Hakani Bimasolutions Insurance Brokers LLP. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, negotiating contracts, and developing tailored insurance solutions. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with clients, analyzing client needs, preparing proposals, following up on prospective leads, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery for Trade Credit Insurance.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in client management, customer service, and handling customer inquiries
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities for assessing client requirements and providing tailored insurance solutions
  • Sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work towards and achieve targets
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and relevant products is desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
