Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Admin / Travel Desk Support position based in New Delhi. The role involves managing and maintaining IT systems, including technical support, network, and system administration. The professional will also handle travel desk operations, providing logistical support, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless experiences for team members. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, ensuring IT infrastructure functionality, and supporting day-to-day travel management tasks.

Qualifications

  • Required experience - 2 to 3 years minimum
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
  • Skills in Network Administration and System Administration to ensure optimal performance of IT and network systems.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology trends and best practices to maintain and enhance technical operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage travel desk operations and administrative tasks seamlessly.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in IT and administrative roles; a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
