Job Title: Office Admin (Female Only)
Location: Bharat Nagar, Delhi
Salary Range: INR 12,000 to INR 15,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Greet visitors and assist them with their inquiries, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Maintain and update office records, including attendance, leave requests, and employee database.
Manage office supplies, ensuring their availability and restocking when necessary.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
Assist in preparing and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing deliveries.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as maintaining expense reports and processing invoices.
Collaborate with other team members to support projects and initiatives as required.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring everything is in its place.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is an advantage.
Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
