About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with proven experience in IT sales, online bidding, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other marketplaces to generate leads and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and manage new business opportunities in IT services (Web, Mobile, SaaS, Custom Software).
- Regularly bid on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and similar portals to acquire clients.
- Write effective proposals, tailored to client requirements, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with organizational capabilities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in IT sales, business development and online bidding.
- Hands-on experience with bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS Solutions, CRM/ERP, and Custom Software Development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposal writing and client interaction.
- Ability to generate leads independently and work under minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and client-handling skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling international clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and software technologies will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year
