  • Doing cold calls to new fresh leads to generate sales opportunities. Initiate outbound calls to existing clients to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Engage clients in conversations to understand their current and future projects or RERA compliance requirements. Effectively cross-sell or upsell relevant consultancy services (e.g., new project registration, compliance audits, corrections & extensions, etc.).
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all the company services and current real estate market trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and connect call targets (KPIs) through effective communication, negotiation skills & time management skills.
  • Conduct consistent and timely follow-up calls to interested clients to nurture leads, provide additional information, and facilitate the sales process & ensure conversions.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, coordinate with other departments (e.g., legal, compliance team) when necessary to resolve complex issues.
  • Accurately update and maintain detailed records of all client interactions, conversations, requirements, and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Gather feedback from clients on services and market trends, and share insights with the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
