Role Overview

The Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for end-to-end hiring delivery across business teams. The role includes partnering with hiring managers, driving recruitment strategy, building a strong talent pipeline, and enhancing candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing to onboarding.
  • Hire for functions such as Marketing, Content, Ecommerce, Creative, Sales, Operations, Product & Corporate roles.
  • Build talent pipeline using LinkedIn, Naukri, networks, referrals & social sourcing.
  • Conduct screening, shortlisting & initial HR rounds.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling & feedback alignment with hiring managers.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements & define candidate fit.
  • Weekly dashboards, hiring status updates & funnel reporting.
  • Manage external agencies and sourcing partners.

Process Excellence

  • Maintain ATS hygiene & documentation.
  • Ensure structured interview processes & quality evaluation.
  • Drive candidate experience – professional, quick & responsive engagement.

Brand & Culture Advocacy

  • Represent Foxtale culture & values during hiring interactions.
  • Support employer branding and hiring communication initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong sourcing skills & market understanding.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience hiring for beauty / FMCG / ecommerce categories is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in hiring tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Internshala, etc.

Education

  • Graduate or MBA in HR preferred.
