Project Lead

ScatterPie is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in handling Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Analytics projects. The role requires managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Create detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  

• Ensure smooth execution of all project phases and manage interdependencies.
  

• Define clear project objectives and communicate them to internal & external teams.
  

• Engage with clients, leadership teams, and technical groups to gather requirements and define deliverables.
  

• Ensure expectations are aligned, documented, and communicated effectively.
  

• Lead cross-functional teams including BI developers, data engineers, QA testers, and analysts.
  

• Provide direction, mentoring, and conflict resolution to ensure effective team collaboration.
  

• Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  

• Track, communicate, and resolve project issues proactively.
  

• Monitor project costs, resource utilization, and overall financial health of the project.
  

• Provide periodic budget and progress reports to leadership.
  

• Handle change requests, impact assessments, and approvals systematically.
  

• Ensure quality standards, testing processes, and documentation are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and delivery updates.
  

• Maintain all project documents, schedules, change logs, and communication records.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  

• 8+ years of overall experience with minimum 5+ years in managing BI/Analytics projects.
  

• Strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense—ability to understand dashboards, reporting structures, and data visualization requirements.
  

• Hands-on experience delivering projects involving:
  

  • Data management & analytics
    

  • Visualization platforms
    

  • Reporting automation
    

• Experience working with tools/environments such as AWS, Azure, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  

• Good understanding of:
  

  • Data modeling
    

  • Database optimization
    

  • Scalable data integration workflows
    

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team leadership capabilities.
