You Are:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Designing and implementing advanced ML models tailored to Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) and Inverse Lithography Technology (ILT) workflows.
  • Developing and deploying AI-powered solutions to automate mask and wafer defect detection and management.
  • Building robust software prototypes and transitioning them into scalable, production-grade tools for semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Benchmarking and validating ML solutions against industry standards, customer datasets, and real-world manufacturing scenarios.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, software developers, and product managers, to align solutions with business and technical requirements.
  • Documenting methodologies, authoring technical publications, and contributing to internal knowledge bases to foster organizational learning.
  • Staying abreast of the latest developments in ML/AI and semiconductor manufacturing, and proactively integrating new techniques and technologies into our solutions.

What You'll Need:

  • Ph.D. or M.Tech/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in developing ML/AI solutions using CNNs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or similar advanced techniques.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++ for high-performance, scalable software development.
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
  • Experience building production-grade ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with computational geometry and image processing as applied to semiconductor workflows (preferred).
  • Understanding of EDA tools, VLSI layout manipulation, and semiconductor manufacturing processes (preferred).
