Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities

To serve as a strategic link between business stakeholders and technology teams by analyzing, documenting, and translating core banking requirements into functional solutions. The Business Analyst ensures that banking operations, products, and services are optimized through effective system enhancements, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer-centric innovation within the bank's core systems.

Functional Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
1. Develop detailed process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
2. Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Work with development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
4. Define test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Conduct post-implementation verification and issue triage.
5. Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
6. Communicate changes, workarounds, and training plans to end-users.
7. Support operational readiness and change management initiatives.
8. Assist in project governance, planning, and execution.
9. Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; propose mitigation strategies

Qualifications

Qualifications: B.Tech or above

Experience: 12 to 15 years
